Terms of Service

By registering for or using GS One, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Candidates must provide accurate information when registering and building their Career Passport. Employer access is invite-only and granted after company verification. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for safeguarding your account credentials.

Candidates agree to provide truthful profile information and genuine documents. Misrepresentation may result in account suspension or removal from the platform.

Employers agree to use candidate information only for legitimate recruitment purposes, to respect Business Protection access controls, and not to attempt to circumvent recruiter-mediated contact processes.

GS One facilitates connections between candidates and verified employers but does not guarantee employment, visa approval, or placement outcomes.

Any applicable fees for employer access or services will be communicated during onboarding and are not covered by this template.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, provide false information, or misuse the platform.

GS One is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
