Employers provide company details during registration and verification.

We use collected information to operate the platform: verifying candidate and employer accounts, matching candidates with relevant roles, facilitating recruiter-mediated contact between employers and candidates, processing placements, and communicating with you about your account and applications.

Candidate contact details are masked from employers until a recruiter approves a specific request — every access decision is logged. See our Business Protection page for details on this safeguard.

We do not sell personal information. Candidate information is shared with employers only after recruiter-approved access requests. We may share information with service providers who support platform operations, under confidentiality obligations.

We retain account and placement information for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
